The Koh Lipe Ferry Terminal is 700 m away, and Walking Street is a short walk further on. Koh Adang, a neighbouring island in Tarutao National Park, is 5.5 km away and can be reached by boat.

A day here can start on Karma Beach and continue with a boat trip to the nearby islands for snorkelling, which the resort offers as a service. Koh Hin Ngam is 500 m from the resort, and sunset viewing is a common evening plan on the sand. Rough sea in the rainy season can stop boat trips to the nearby islands, so the beach and the village are the best options on those days.
