Pimarn Guesthouse

The rooms at Pimarn Guesthouse measure between 24 and 28 m² and sleep up to two guests. They have a semi-double bed, a double bed or a queen bed, and each room has a private bathroom with a shower.

Rooms with a city view come with air conditioning, a balcony or terrace and a seating area, and the guesthouse also has rooms with a fan. Rooms can have free bottled water.

The guesthouse has a 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping and laundry service, and a shared lounge area with a TV. Pimarn Guesthouse is in the City Center area of Satun, a provincial town on the Andaman side of southern Thailand that shares a border with Malaysia. The streets around it are a mix of local houses, parks and markets, and the guesthouse sits in the town itself rather than on the beach.

The National Museum of Satun, 400 m away, shows the culture and history of the province, and the Night Market, 450 m away, is the place for food stalls and local goods in the evening. Monkey Mt Forest Park, the Food Market and Khao to Phaya Wang Public Park are all a short ride from the guesthouse, and the nearby Masjid Mambang is a mosque in the town centre.

For a day out, the islands of Tarutao National Marine Park lie offshore from Satun and are reached by boat from the coast. Back in town, the forest park and the public park are good places for an afternoon walk, and the Satun Bus Station is a useful point for onward journeys by road.
