Phuket Villa Condominium is an apartment property, so the accommodation consists of self-contained apartments rather than standard hotel rooms. Patong is the busiest beach town on Phuket, with a long bay, a mix of hotels and restaurants, markets and nightlife, and streets that stay lively into the evening. The town is built around its beaches, so the sand, the markets and the bars sit close together. Phuket Villa Condominium is on PangMuengsai Gor Road in Patong, and Patong Beach is 750 m away.

Bangla Road, the best-known nightlife street in Patong, is close by, and Ban Zaan Fresh Market is a local market where you can see everyday life in the area. Further afield, Wat Chalong, one of the most important temples on Phuket, is 6.4 km away, and the Big Buddha, a large white statue on a hilltop, is 7.4 km away. Phuket International Airport is 24.3 km from the property, and car hire is available.

Patong works well for a day that combines the beach, the market and the nightlife of Bangla Road, with a visit to the Big Buddha or Wat Chalong in the afternoon. Kata Beach and Karon Beach are neighbouring beaches reached by road, and both are a longer drive than Patong Beach. Tours can be arranged for trips further afield, and for a day on the water, diving and snorkelling can be arranged too.
