Naiyang Beach is the nearest stretch of sand to the house, and part of the coast lies within Sirinat National Park. Wat Mongkonwaram, a pagoda 650 m away, is a quiet stop for a visit, while the Ni Yang Night Market, 850 m away, is where to find evening food and everyday goods. The Mosque Darul Abideen sits 150 m from the house, and Phuket International Airport is 2.6 km away, so the house works well for a stay that starts or ends with a flight.

Patong Beach is 20 km away for a livelier evening. A day here can start with a walk along Naiyang Beach, continue with a visit to the Wat Mongkonwaram pagoda, and finish at the Ni Yang Night Market. Sai Kaew Beach lies further along the same coast, and because the house has free parking, a car is the simplest way to reach the wider island.
