PHP Home Betong

PHP Home Betong is a whole home of 147 m² with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to ten guests. Air conditioning, linens, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided, and the home has a kitchen for preparing meals.

Its beds can be set up in several combinations, including king beds, a single bed and sofa beds, so the layout can be adapted to a family or a group sharing the house.

Betong is a small town in Yala province, in the far south of Thailand, close to the Malaysian border. Life here runs at a local pace, with a fresh market, a Buddhist temple and a handful of street art and landmarks shaping the town's streets. The fresh market is also the simplest place to start a walk into the town.

The fresh market is the closest of these, about 650 m from the home, and the clock tower stands 900 m away. Wat Phutthathiwat, a Buddhist temple, is about 1.3 km off, and the World's largest mailbox is among the town's landmarks. Free parking is on site for guests arriving by car.

A simple day starts at the fresh market, continues past the street art and the clock tower, and ends at Wat Phutthathiwat. The stops are close enough to combine in a single morning or afternoon. Walking between them is possible, though a car or motorbike makes it quicker to cover the whole route in one go.
