The village has long-tail boats and dive centres.

Ton Sai Bay is 400 m away, where the boats gather. Ton Sai Pier, the ferry terminal, is 550 m away, and Loh Dalum Beach, a sandy stretch, is 600 m away. The Koh Phi Phi Viewpoint, a lookout over the narrow isthmus, is 750 m away, and the Tsunami Building, a monument left from the 2004 tsunami, is also nearby with the Phi Phi Market close to it.

Walk up to the viewpoint in the morning, then take a boat from the bay to the smaller islands nearby, which is the main way to see the surrounding sea. Boat trips can be cancelled in rough seas during the monsoon months. Krabi International Airport (KBV) is 45.8 km away on the mainland, and the ferry from Krabi is the usual way to reach the island.
