The house measures 180 m² and sleeps up to 13 guests, with a choice of bed set-ups. It has a whirlpool bathtub and a walk-in shower, and it comes with an electric kettle, a hair dryer, toiletries and towels.

Entertainment includes board games, puzzles, children's books, DVDs and music, and a streaming service such as Netflix is available. Guests also have a wired internet connection.

Free parking is available for guests who travel by car, and the house has a hot tub, a balcony or terrace, a private entrance and keyless access. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, with dishes and dining utensils, and there is a BBQ grill, a coffee or tea set-up and kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments.

For children there are books and toys, children's dinnerware, a high chair, a baby bath and a crib or baby cot. Internet access is available, and the house also has a desk with a workspace. Pets are allowed, and languages spoken include English, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese and Thai.

Sukhumvit Soi 27 is a side street running off Sukhumvit Road in the Khlong Toei Nuea area of Bangkok, close to the busy Asok junction where the Skytrain and metro lines cross. The area mixes office buildings, hotels, shops and street-food stalls with quieter residential lanes, and it is a convenient base for travellers who want to stay central without being on the main road.

The Asok BTS station is 350 m away and the Sukhumvit MRT station 300 m, so the Skytrain and the metro are the simplest way to get around. The Skytrain takes you to Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre with an ocean aquarium, and to the Jim Thompson House, a museum in a teak home showing Thai silk and art. Benchasiri Park is a leafy green space within a short walk. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, 7.1 km away, is a bigger outing and is best planned around the metro.

A full day could begin at the Grand Palace, 8 km away, and Wat Arun on the Chao Phraya riverside, before returning to Asok in the afternoon. Benchasiri Park also makes a good start to a day, with paths for a morning walk, and the evening in Asok is easy to fill with the streets of the area.
