The rooms at Perfectroom Mansion measure from 24 to 40 m² and sleep up to three guests. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and rooms can have air conditioning, blackout curtains, a refrigerator and a balcony or terrace.

Perfectroom Mansion stands on Kanjanavanich Road in the Prince of Songkhla University area, one of the city's main roads, so the markets and the older quarters of town are within a short journey. The setting is urban and lively rather than quiet.

The Asean Night Bazaar lies 1 km away and the Magic Eye 3D Museum 700 m, while the Wat Thawon Wararam temple is 350 m from the hotel. Hat Yai International Airport is 12.8 km away, and the railway station is 2.3 km off, with the bus station also in the area. Songklanagarind Hospital is nearby for medical needs, and the Kim Yong Market lies a short distance further.

A day in Hat Yai could start at the Wat Thawon Wararam temple, continue to the Hat Yai Municipal Park for a stroll through the green space, and end at the Asean Night Bazaar, where the food stalls open in the evening. For a trip out of the city, the Namtok Ton Nga Chang waterfall is a good choice, though it lies well outside the town.
