The property is a single one-bedroom apartment of 95 m², let as a whole to up to four guests, with a choice of bed set-ups. Air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer and toiletries come with the apartment, along with towels and linens.

Patong is Phuket's best-known resort town, on the Andaman coast, and the apartment sits in its beach area, where Patong Beach is about 500 m away. The sand is busy with sun loungers and watersports, and the streets behind it are lined with restaurants, bars and shops. Kalim Bay is one of the beach areas that make up Patong, so the sea and the town are close together from the apartment.

Bangla Road, Patong's nightlife street, is 2 km away, and Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall, lies 2.1 km away. The night market and Banzaan Fresh Market are also close by, both good places to eat in the evening. Big Buddha Phuket, a large white statue on a hilltop with views over the island, is 9.5 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 22.3 km from the apartment, with the journey from the airport made by road. Trips between the beaches, the temples and the airport are made by road as well, so a car, a taxi or a hired vehicle is the usual way to get around.

For a day out, Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is one of Phuket's most revered Buddhist temples, and Freedom Beach, a small cove reached by boat or on foot, offers a quieter contrast to Patong's busy sand. Both are a good change from the bars and shops of Patong.
