Patong Tower

Patong Tower's apartments include one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, and several have a mountain view. Several of them sleep up to five guests, and some offer a choice of bed set-ups. Air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom come with several of the apartments, and one has a bathtub.

Panoramic, family and city apartments are also available, and extra beds depend on the apartment you choose. A baby cot can be requested directly from the property, subject to availability, and the Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. Bed set-ups and floor areas vary by apartment, and the sizes are given in square metres.

Free parking is available at Patong Tower, so guests who arrive by car can leave it at the property. Security is provided around the clock, and an elevator serves the building.

Kitchen facilities include a stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, along with dishes and dining utensils. Coffee or tea is available, and cable channels are offered on the TV.

Guests can use safety deposit boxes for valuables, and the property has a balcony or terrace, a washer and an iron. Linens and toiletries are also provided. Safety deposit boxes sit alongside 24-hour security, so guests can keep valuables secure in the building while they are out exploring Patong and the wider island.

Patong is Phuket's busiest beach resort, with a long sandy beach, a lively evening scene and a wide choice of shops and restaurants. Patong Tower sits within the resort itself, close to the sand and the evening streets, so both the beach and the nightlife are an easy walk from the apartments. Most of the everyday life of the resort, from street food stalls to massage shops, runs along the beach road and the streets behind it.

Patong Beach is 200 m away, and Bangla Road, the street of bars, clubs and food stalls, is 250 m away. Jungceylon Shopping Center, 400 m away, has shops and restaurants, and the night market sells food and goods in the evening. Karon Beach, a longer stretch of sand, lies further along the coast, while Big Buddha Phuket, 7.4 km away, is a large hilltop statue, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), 6.7 km away, is one of the island's most important Buddhist temples. You can reach them by car, taxi or scooter.

A simple day from Patong Tower starts on the beach, continues with shopping at Jungceylon and ends on Bangla Road after dark. Wat Chalong and Big Buddha make a good outing from the resort, and the evening can finish back on the sand at Patong Beach.
