A day out could start with a morning on Patong Beach and continue to Big Buddha Phuket and Wat Chalong, both reached by road from the town. Evenings can be spent on Bangla Road before returning to the villa, where the living room and the kitchen give you space to relax together. For a change of scene, Karon Beach and Kata Beach are further along the coast, also reached by road, and both are worth a half-day visit.
