Rooms at Patong Lodge Hotel range from the 29 m² Cozy Room, for up to two guests, to the 80 m² 2 Bedroom Family Suite Pool View, which sleeps up to six. In between are double and twin rooms, a 47 m² Junior Suite Pool Access, a 32 m² Family Triple Room and a 40 m² Deluxe Quadruple Room that sleeps up to four. Some rooms overlook the garden, the mountains or the pool.

Bed set-ups vary between rooms, and some rooms come with a choice of bed set-ups. Rooms can have air conditioning, a private bathroom, a mini bar, a balcony or terrace and an in-room safe box, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Prabaramee Road, where the hotel stands, sits back from the sand, so the beach and the nightlife are close by without the hotel being on the seafront itself. The bay's shops, restaurants and bars keep the streets busy long after dark.

Kalim Beach is 150 m away and Patong Beach 400 m, so the sand is an easy walk from the hotel. Kalim is the quieter stretch at the northern end of the bay, while Patong Beach has the bars and hotels of the main resort. Bangla Road, the street of bars and clubs that gives Patong its nightlife, is 1.9 km away. Jungceylon Shopping Center, one of the island's largest malls, is nearby, and Big Buddha Phuket is 9.4 km away on its hilltop.

Phuket International Airport is 22.4 km away, and the hotel offers an airport transfer. A good day out could begin with a swim at Kalim Beach, continue to Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, one of the island's most revered temples, and end with dinner along Bangla Road. Freedom Beach, a secluded cove reached from the northern end of the bay, is a quieter option for a swim.
