The villa offers two spaces, each measuring 260 m²: one sleeps up to six guests, the other up to seven. The first has its own private entrance and a full kitchen, while the second has a mountain view and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Children and infants have their own terms: children aged 2 to 7 and infants aged 0 to 1 can stay free of charge when using the existing bedding. An extra bed carries an additional charge, and a baby cot can be requested directly from the property, subject to availability.

The villa has an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, and a kitchen, kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments, and room service are also available. Car hire and a concierge service are offered, and a sound system is available for guests.

Daily housekeeping, laundry service and ironing service are offered, along with luggage storage and cleaning supplies provided for guests. Both express and private check-in and check-out are offered.

Patong is the lively beach town of Phuket, with golden sand and an evening scene that runs late into the night. The villa sits on a hillside in the Patong Hill Estate, so the mountain views and the quieter setting contrast with the beach road below.

Patong Beach is 1.3 km away, and Bangla Road, the street of bars, clubs and live shows, is 2.2 km from the villa. The beaches further along the coast, Freedom Beach and Karon Beach, are the next stops for a day by the sea, and the street-food stalls and massage shops along the beach road keep the town busy into the evening. Further afield, the Big Buddha statue on its hilltop is 5.8 km away, and Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong and one of the most revered temples on Phuket, is 5.9 km.

Phuket International Airport is 26.4 km away, and the island is reached by road, so the drive to the villa is straightforward for those arriving by car. A day could begin with a swim at the villa's pool, continue to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, and end with an evening walk along Bangla Road, where bars and live shows fill the street.
