Patong Heritage Hotel has rooms ranging from the 28 m² Superior Double or Twin Room, with a city view, to suites and penthouses. The Deluxe Sea View measures 40 m², the 2 Bedroom Sea View 80 m² and the Family 2 Bedroom 79 m², and the Penthouse Sea View sleeps up to eight guests.

Several rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, bathrobes and a hair dryer, and some have a whirlpool bathtub. Guests travelling as a family can choose the Family 2 Bedroom, which sleeps up to five, or the 2 Bedroom Sea View, which sleeps up to four. Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and the Three Bedroom Panorama Penthouse Suite sleeps up to eight guests.

Its streets are lively in the evening, with night markets and street-food stalls, and the beach and the nightlife are close together, which draws many visitors to the area. Visitors come for the beach, the bars and the shopping, and Bangla Road stays busy late into the night. Phuket International Airport, the nearest airport, serves the area.

Patong Beach is 400 m away, and Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall with shops and restaurants, is close by. Bangla Road, the street known for its bars and clubs, is 450 m away, and Kalim Beach is 2.4 km further along the coast. Restaurants and shops cluster along the main roads, so most of what you need is a short walk away.

A day could begin with Big Buddha Phuket, 7.1 km away on a hilltop with views across the island, before going on to Karon and Kata beaches, which lie to the south of Patong. Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) is 6.4 km away, so both sights make a full day together. A car makes these trips easier than walking.
