The rooms at Patong Central Residence & Apartment include studios, double rooms and apartments with one or more bedrooms, and each room has a private bathroom and a hair dryer. The 130 m² four-bedroom deluxe apartment sleeps up to 13 guests, and the 160 m² apartment with a kitchen sleeps up to 11.

A 26 m² studio apartment with a balcony/terrace and a 60 m² one-bedroom apartment sit alongside the double rooms, including the 28 m² Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and the 22 m² Standard Double Room. Patong Beach is about 400 m away, and Bangla Road, the street of bars and nightlife, is a short walk off. Jungceylon Shopping Center is close by, and the night market at Banzaan Fresh Market is a short walk too. For temples and sights further out, Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's most important Buddhist temples, is 6.4 km away, and the Big Buddha, on a hilltop, is 7.1 km away. Karon Beach lies about 3.5 km away.

The old town of Phuket Town, known for its Sino-Portuguese shophouses, is a separate trip from Patong. Patong Beach is the easiest place to finish the day, since the sea is about 400 m from the property. A day could start with the temples at Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, then continue with a swim at Karon Beach and an evening walk through the night market in Patong.
