The property is a single two-bedroom apartment of 80 m², set up for up to six guests with two bathrooms, a kitchen and air conditioning. The whole apartment is let to one group at a time, and the equipment includes a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, an iron and a hair dryer.

The beds are a choice of one king bed, one queen bed or one sofa bed, and the bathtub and the mountain view are part of the apartment's equipment.

Phuket International Airport is the nearest airport. The island has road links, so a taxi or a car is the usual way to reach the temples and the Big Buddha, which sit on hills further from the beach. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 6.8 km away and is one of the island's most important Buddhist temples.

A good day out is a morning at Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha on the hills, then an afternoon at Karon Beach, 3.7 km to the south, and an evening walk along Bangla Road, where the restaurants and bars stay busy late. Phuket FantaSea, a large cultural show park, is also nearby for an evening out, and Patong Beach is a short walk from the apartment at any time of day.
