Parkway Inn has a Standard room, a Standard Double and a Mini Suite, each measuring 31 m² with a queen bed for up to two guests and a city view. All three have air conditioning, a mini bar, a desk and satellite or cable channels, and the Mini Suite also has a microwave and a DVD/CD player.

The Standard Double and the Mini Suite both have a private bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Suites and a standard room sleep up to three guests, and each of the three rooms with a queen bed suits two guests travelling together.

Parkway Inn has a sauna, a shared lounge with a TV area, a bar, restaurants, a coffee shop and room service. The hotel also has a shuttle service, tours and ticket services, and a concierge.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and WiFi is also offered in public areas. Parking on site is available for guests who travel by car. Guests who prefer the skytrain will find Nana BTS Station 250 m from the hotel on Sukhumvit Road, and Phloen Chit BTS Station 500 m away.

Parkway Inn stands on Sukhumvit Road, one of Bangkok's best-known streets, in the Nana area of the Sukhumvit district. The road is lined with hotels, restaurants, bars and street-food stalls, so the neighbourhood stays lively by day and night. Tailor shops and clothing stores are common on the side streets nearby, and the mix of Thai and international restaurants adds to the area's appeal.

The skytrain makes getting around simple: Nana BTS Station is 250 m from the hotel, and Phloen Chit BTS Station, at the Chit Lom shopping area, is 500 m away. Siam Paragon, a large shopping mall near the Siam BTS station, is 2.1 km away, and Jim Thompson House, a teak house museum with a collection of Thai silk and art, is 2.9 km away. The Nai Lert Park garden and the Siam Society, a cultural institution, are also nearby.

A full day could start at the Grand Palace and Wat Arun in old Bangkok, both close to the Chao Phraya river, and continue to Chatuchak Weekend Market, a huge weekend market with thousands of stalls. Khaosan Road, the backpacker street near the old city, is also reachable by road. In the evening, Asiatique - The Riverfront, a riverside shopping and dining complex, makes a relaxed alternative.
