The villa is offered as a single unit with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, measuring 292 m² with a garden view. The bedrooms can be set up in a choice of bed set-ups to suit different group sizes.

The unit includes private bathroom facilities, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, an additional bathroom and an additional toilet, along with a hair dryer, toiletries, towels and an electric kettle. The villa also has air conditioning, blackout curtains and a balcony or terrace, and a washer and an iron are available for laundry and ironing.

The villa has free parking and a kitchen with a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a stove, dishes and dining utensils, and kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments. Coffee or tea is also available, and there is a washer for laundry, with a laundromat nearby.

Inside the villa, guests will find air conditioning, a TV with cable channels, video streaming services, board games, children's books and toys, and a crib or baby cot. The villa also has a desk and workspace, an iron, linens and a balcony or terrace.

Security is provided 24 hours a day, and English and Thai are spoken on site. An airport transfer is offered as well, and children's books and toys and board games are available for family stays.

The villa is in the Hat Yai North area of Hat Yai, a busy commercial city in Songkhla province, close to the Malaysian border in southern Thailand. Hat Yai is known for its markets and temples, and shops, transport links and temples are all within a few kilometres of the villa. For visitors, the city offers a different pace from the beach towns of the south, with more shopping and everyday city life.

Kim Yong Market is 1.9 km away, and Hat Yai Hospital is 950 m from the villa. Hat Yai Railway Station is 2.4 km away, a useful link for onward travel by train along the southern line. Wat Hat Yai Nai, a temple, is 3.2 km away, and the Magic Eye 3D Museum is also 3.2 km away, making it an easy stop for an afternoon.

Hat Yai's Asean Night Bazaar is a good place to finish a day out in the evening, with food and shopping. Hat Yai Municipal Park offers a green space in the city for a walk, a good place to start the morning before heading to the markets. Hat Yai International Airport is the nearest airport, and the villa is reached from there by road, as the city stands on the mainland.
