The Phang Nga Museum lies 5.1 km away, and Sanang Manora Waterfall is 5 km away, so one day can take in the town and the falls. Phung Chang Cave and the Sa Nang Manora Forest Park are also in the area, and the Fish Cave and Shell Cave lie a short drive out of town. Wat Tham Ta Pan and Tham San Rock Art are within about 5 km of the resort as well, so the sights are spread across the district rather than gathered in one place.

A good plan is to see the museum and the weekend market in town first, then head out to Sanang Manora Waterfall later in the day. End the day back at the resort, where BBQ facilities are available, and enjoy a quiet evening after a day of sightseeing around Phang Nga.
