The Two Heroine's Monument, a short walk from the property and 800 m away, honours the two women who led the defence of Thalang against a Burmese invasion in the late eighteenth century. Thalang National Museum, 1.1 km away, covers the history of the district and the island, and Wat Srisoonthorn, also nearby, is a temple worth a visit. Most sights are reached by road, so a car or scooter is the easiest way to get around.

A day could start at the monument and the museum, then continue to Wat Chalong, the best-known temple on Phuket, 14.9 km away. Patong Beach, 10.4 km from the property, offers the island's liveliest beach life, with restaurants, bars and a busy nightlife. Because the beaches are a longer drive from the property, it helps to plan the day around the sights closer by.
