Pacific Club Resort

Pacific Club Resort offers deluxe rooms of 33 m² with a garden view or an ocean view, as well as 35 m² rooms and suites of 80 m² and 110 m². Several rooms come with a choice of bed set-ups. Depending on the room, there can be air conditioning, a private bathroom, a hair dryer, a refrigerator and an in-room safe.

The Managers Hot Special has a balcony with outdoor furniture and blackout curtains. The One-Bedroom Suite and the 2 Bedroom Suite both have a bathtub, and the Two Bedroom Suite sleeps up to seven guests. The Deluxe Room and the Deluxe Ocean View Room each have a bathtub and a walk-in shower, and the Manager Special Room sleeps up to six guests.

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool and a spa with a sauna, a steam room, a hammam and a hot tub, plus massage treatments and a fitness centre. A salon, a game room with table tennis and a garden are also on site, along with a gift and souvenir shop.

Dining includes restaurants, a coffee shop, a snack bar, a poolside bar and room service, and the resort offers buffet and continental breakfast. Food delivery is also offered.

Karon is a long beach area on the Andaman Sea side of Phuket island, between the busier resort towns of Patong and Kata. The streets behind the sand have cafés, small shops and street-food stalls, and the area is calmer than Patong, which is known for its nightlife. Pacific Club Resort sits among its own gardens and is a short stroll from the sand, in the middle of a stretch of beach that is easy to explore on foot.

Karon Beach is 550 m from the resort, and Karon View Point, a hilltop viewpoint, is 350 m away. The Karon Night Market, 1 km away, offers an evening of street food and local stalls. For the temples and the Big Buddha, 3.8 km away, a taxi or car is the simplest choice: Big Buddha Phuket is a large white statue on the hills above Chalong, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), 4.6 km away, is the best-known Buddhist temple on the island. Phuket International Airport is the nearest airport.

A good day here combines a morning on Karon Beach with an afternoon at Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, followed by dinner at the Karon Night Market or a walk through the streets of Karon. For nightlife, Bangla Road in Patong is the place to go, lined with bars and clubs and reached by taxi.
