Mu Ko Lanta National Park covers forest and marine areas around the island, and Khlong Chak Waterfall, which lies in the forest, is 9.1 km away. A scooter is the easiest way to reach them, as the village is too far to walk to either.

A good day here starts with the waterfall and the national park in the morning, then moves to the sand at Klong Nin Beach in the afternoon. After the waterfall, the beach is the natural place to finish the day. In the rainy months, boat crossings to and from the island can be rougher, so it helps to keep an eye on the weather.
