Norm Space

Norm Space has rooms from a compact 8 m² room for two guests to 18 m² family rooms that sleep up to five. Several rooms have garden views, and air conditioning is available in a number of them, while some rooms also have a microwave, a refrigerator and kitchenware. The rooms suit solo travellers, couples and small groups, depending on the room.

Several rooms share a bathroom with a shower. The family rooms have a television with satellite or cable channels and a streaming service such as Netflix, and towels and linens are provided in a number of rooms. Free bottled water is also provided in several rooms.

Norm Space has a garden, a coffee shop, luggage storage, express and private check-in and check-out, daily housekeeping, and meeting or banquet facilities.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and free parking is available for guests who arrive by car. Some rooms have individual air conditioning, kitchenware, a microwave and a refrigerator, and the front desk is staffed for check-in and check-out.

Norm Space stands in central Nakhon Si Thammarat, an ancient town in southern Thailand whose long history shows in its temples and museums. The streets around the hotel are a working provincial city rather than a resort, with shophouses, markets and the daily traffic of a regional centre. Exploring on foot or by local transport is the easiest way to see ordinary southern Thai life here.

The railway station is 500 m from the hotel, and Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport is 11.7 km away. Ratchaphruek Night Bazaar Market, a night market with food stalls and local goods, is 850 m off, and the King Sri Dhammasokaraja Monument, honouring a historic ruler of the city, is 1.1 km away. Bovorn Bazar, a local market, is also close by, and the City Shrine and Wat Hua It, a Buddhist pagoda, are both in the town centre.

A good day could begin at Wat Phra Mahathat, one of the most revered temples in the south, then continue at the Suchart Subsin's Shadow Puppet Museum, which shows nang talung, the southern Thai shadow puppet theatre tied to the city. In the evening, the night market is a lively place to eat and walk around before returning to the hotel.
