The home covers 150 m² and sleeps up to seven guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It offers a choice of bed set-ups.

Throughout the home there is air conditioning, satellite and cable channels, an electric kettle and a washer, and the private bathroom comes with a shower, a hair dryer and toiletries.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven and microwave, with dishes, dining utensils, kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments, and coffee or tea. Air conditioning, linens, a washer and an iron are also part of the home, and there is a desk or workspace. The bathroom has a hair dryer and toiletries.

The home has a balcony or terrace and a private entrance. A crib or baby cot and a high chair are available, subject to availability. For entertainment there are satellite and cable channels, board games and puzzles, and a radio is part of the equipment. Free parking is available, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

The home is in the Ratchada district of Bangkok, a busy neighbourhood of apartment blocks, shopping centres and night markets, about a taxi ride from the old city. Its main roads are lined with street-food stalls and small shops. It is a practical base for a stay of several days, with 150 m² to spread out in and the nearest metro station a short walk away.

Huai Khwang MRT station is 600 m away on the Blue Line, which runs through Silom and Sukhumvit, so the wider city is easy to reach by train. Thailand Cultural Centre station is 1.4 km away on the same line. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest markets in Bangkok, is 4.2 km away. Jim Thompson House, the former home of the American silk entrepreneur Jim Thompson, is now a museum and sits 6.2 km away.

The Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha lie in the old city, and Wat Arun stands across the Chao Phraya river from them, so it is worth setting aside a full day for the temples. Back in Ratchada, the JODD Fair night market is a good place for an evening out, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market makes a full morning out at the weekend.
