The whole property is one apartment of 16 m², set up for up to three guests with two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and the full kitchen includes a microwave, oven, refrigerator and stove, with a washing machine and ironing facilities for laundry.

The metro is the easiest way to reach the rest of the city from here, so the neighbourhood is practical for exploring Bangkok.

Tao Poon MRT station is 750 m away, and it is the simplest link to the rest of the city by rail. Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the best-known markets in Bangkok, is 2.5 km away, and the Grand Palace is 8.2 km away. Wat Arun, on the bank of the Chao Phraya River, is 8.9 km away, and Bangson Market is a local market nearby, where the everyday life of the neighbourhood is easy to see.

A good day could begin at Chatuchak Weekend Market and continue to the old city, where the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha stand side by side, then finish with Wat Arun across the river, a riverside temple with a tall prang that is especially striking when seen from the water.
