Nitichai Place

The whole townhome is let as one property, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms across 200 m². Air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with a streaming service, an electric kettle, a hair dryer and towels are part of the apartment, which sleeps up to nine guests.

The sleeping arrangements combine a queen bed, single beds and sofa beds, and they can be set up in a choice of combinations, so the house can host either a larger group or a smaller one.

The house has a washer, a desk and workspace, and linens, towels and toiletries are provided. A fan and air conditioning are available, along with a TV and a hair dryer.

Coffee or tea is offered, and English, Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai are spoken at the property. Luggage storage, an airport transfer service and tours are also offered.

Nitichai Place is in Bang Na, a district on the eastern side of Bangkok, where residential lanes, small shops and local temples sit away from the central tourist streets. The townhome is three storeys high and is let as one property, and the neighbourhood is a good place to see how Bangkok lives day to day.

The nearest Skytrain stop is Udom Suk, 1.2 km away on the Sukhumvit line, and Punnawithi station is also on that line. Dhammamongkol Temple is 900 m away, and Khun-Yim Market, a small local market, is 1.1 km away. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 14.1 km away.

From the Skytrain, the central districts of Bangkok are easy to reach by train, and sights such as Jim Thompson House and Siam Paragon are in that part of the city, so a day of sightseeing can be planned around the BTS lines from the stations near the house. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun stand on the Chao Phraya river in the old city, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha is inside the same complex as the Grand Palace. Khaosan Road, a street of guesthouses and bars near the Grand Palace, is in the same part of the city. Chatuchak Weekend Market, a large market in northern Bangkok, needs a morning of its own.
