The Khao Kho Wind Farm, with its turbines on the high ground above the town, is 5.8 km off, and the village of Ban Pa Ya Di is 1 km away. A museum on an artillery support base adds a different kind of stop.

A good day could start at the viewpoint, continue to the waterfall and end at the wind farm, where the turbines stand against the hills. Both the viewpoint and the wind farm are outdoor stops, so the day can be spent largely outdoors. Getting around is easiest by car, since the sights are spread across the hills rather than grouped in one place.
