Nice Residence has rooms from 36 to 100 m², including Superior King and Superior Twin rooms, a Junior Suite, a Deluxe room, a 2 Bedroom Suite and a Family Suite. Several rooms have a city view, a bathtub or air conditioning, so the equipment depends on the room. The Family - Two Bedrooms and the 2 Bedroom Suite both measure 100 m².

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and several of them have a flat-screen TV, a telephone and satellite or cable channels. The Family Suite sleeps up to five guests. The Junior Suite and the Deluxe room each sleep two.
