Nava Grand

Every room at Nava Grand has a garden view and air conditioning. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels, and every one has a flat-screen TV, a telephone and satellite and cable channels. The rooms measure between 24 and 25 m² and come with King, Queen or single beds.

Refrigerators and linens are available in several of the rooms, and one room opens onto a balcony or terrace. The hotel also provides daily housekeeping, so the rooms are serviced every day, and the garden view and air conditioning are the same in each room of the hotel.

Its streets are quieter than those of the old city or the riverside, and the neighbourhood runs on local markets, parks and small shops rather than on sightseeing. Hospitals and campuses are part of everyday life here, and Thanyarak Hospital is nearby.

The hotel is 8.2 km from Don Mueang International Airport, a hub for budget airlines, and Khlong Rangsit train station is 3.5 km away. Within a few kilometres are Red Bridge Market, a neighbourhood market for everyday shopping, Walangkool Park, a public park with open green space, and Wat Lat Sanun, a Buddhist temple.

For sightseeing, the central sights are further afield. The Grand Palace is about 30 km away, and Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the best-known markets in Bangkok, is 22.2 km away and open at weekends only. Wat Arun, the riverside temple, sits across the river from the old city, and Suvarnabhumi Airport, the main international airport, is 34.5 km away, so a day in the old city means a long journey each way. Khaosan Road, the backpacker street in the old city, is another well-known stop for visitors who want to see the area after dark.
