Natcha Hotel and Residence has rooms from a 25 m² deluxe room with a king bed and a single bed for two guests, to rooms sleeping up to four guests. Some rooms have a lanai, and some have a private bathroom.

Rooms can have air conditioning, blackout curtains, heating, a refrigerator, a coffee or tea maker and an electric kettle. A child aged 2 to 7 must use an extra bed, which carries an additional charge.

Natcha Hotel and Residence stands on Phisit Phayaban Road in Muang Chumphon, the district that forms the town of Chumphon on the Gulf coast of southern Thailand. This is a working provincial town rather than a resort strip, with shophouses, markets and temples close together, and a convenient stop for those heading on to the islands or the coast.

Within a few hundred metres are the monument to Prince Chumphon Khet Udomsak and Arphakorn Kiattiwong Park, both 400 m away, and the Chumphon Night Market, 800 m from the hotel. The Chumphon National Museum is about 3 km away, and the temple San Chao Kheng Chiu Kong To is a short walk off. The railway station, 1.2 km away, connects the town to the wider rail network, and buses leave from a bus station close by.

A day in the area could start at the night market and continue to the National Museum, then to the Monkey School, 3.8 km out, where monkeys are trained to pick coconuts. The boats to the islands leave from the pier at Pak Nam, a drive away, so the trip out of town is best planned around the ferry departures, and the town is a practical place to start an island trip.
