Every room at Natalie House 2 has air conditioning. The rooms run from a 23 m² double room to a 38 m² family apartment, and they sleep two or three guests, with double, king and single beds in the different rooms.

The 23 m² and 26 m² rooms each sleep two guests, with one double bed or one king bed. The 35 m² and 38 m² rooms sleep three guests, and both of these have a mountain view.

Natalie House 2 offers room service, a concierge desk, luggage storage, laundry service and safety deposit boxes, along with a shuttle service. Tours can be arranged, and English and Thai are spoken at the hotel.

Parking is on site, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, with Wi-Fi also in the public areas. Rooms can have a desk, an in-room safe, a refrigerator, a mini bar and a balcony or terrace.

Rooms can also have a hair dryer, toiletries and free bottled water, and they can have satellite and cable channels, a telephone and a flat-screen TV. A smoking area is available for guests who smoke, and shops are nearby.

Kata is one of Phuket's best-known beach districts, with a wide sandy bay and a more relaxed pace than Patong, the island's nightlife centre on Bangla Road. Along the streets behind the sand there are guesthouses, small hotels and food stalls, and the area suits those who want a beach holiday without the crowds of the busier resorts.

Kata Beach is 400 m from the hotel, and the neighbouring Kata Noi Beach lies right next door. Phuket Big Buddha, a large seated statue on a hilltop, is 1.7 km away, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the most important temples on the island, is 5 km away. Patong Beach is 7.9 km away for a livelier day out.

The minibus station and a bus stop on the route to Phuket Town are 250 m from the hotel, so buses and minibuses are a simple way to reach the rest of the island. A typical day can start on Kata Beach, continue to the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, and finish at the Kata Walking Street Night Market. Because several beaches are close together, a day can combine a swim with a visit to a temple or the Big Buddha.
