Air conditioning comes in every room at Naiyang Park Resort, and the rooms include family rooms, two-bedroom villas and De Luxe twin or double rooms.

The Deluxe Executive Room and the Deluxe Family Room each sleep up to five guests, and some rooms have a balcony or terrace. The rooms are a short walk from Nai Yang Beach, which is about 110 m from the resort.

Naiyang Park Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a children's swimming pool and a fitness centre. Two restaurants, a poolside bar, a bar and room service cover meals and drinks, and a concierge service is available.

Guests can arrange tours, car hire and bicycle rental, and an airport transfer and a shuttle service are offered. Currency exchange, cash withdrawal, laundry, daily housekeeping and safety deposit boxes are also available. The children's swimming pool is set aside for younger guests, and free parking is available on site.

Nai Yang Beach, in the Sa Khu area of Phuket, is a quiet stretch of sand close to the airport, and the resort is about 110 m from it. For a stay with a calmer pace than Patong, which lies about 20.7 km away, this beach is a practical choice, with the airport only a short distance off. The area is quieter than the busier beach towns on the island, and the airport is close for arrivals by air.

Sirinat National Park, 350 m away, protects this coastline and its turtle nesting beaches. Wat Mongkonwaram, a temple, is 600 m from the resort, and Sirinart Naiyang Park and the Sunset viewpoint are both within a few hundred metres, so the viewpoint is an easy stop before dinner.

For a day out, spend the morning on Nai Yang Beach and then head to Maikhao Beach, about 4 km away, where planes come in low over the sand to land at Phuket airport. Maikhao Beach is an easy outing for an afternoon, and the planes passing overhead are a sight in themselves. Splash Jungle Water Park is also nearby for a day with children. In the evening, the Ni Yang Night Market is a short walk away and is a good place for an informal meal.
