The holiday home offers 140 m² of space and sleeps up to nine guests. The whole house is yours for the stay, with its own private entrance, and it comes with air conditioning, a television, a desk, a hair dryer and toiletries.

The linens, dishes and dining utensils are provided as well, along with a refrigerator, so guests have what they need to cook simple meals in the house. Parking is free for guests travelling by car or motorbike.

The house is in the town itself, not on a beach, so the town's streets and markets are the main setting for a stay.

The clock tower, a landmark of the town, is about 650 m away, and the Betong District Municipality Fresh Market is 900 m away. Wat Phutthathiwat, a Buddhist temple, is 850 m away, and the World's largest mailbox, a quirky photo stop, is 1.2 km away. For a wider outing, OK Batong is 3.2 km away.

A good plan is a morning at the fresh market, then an afternoon around the clock tower and the Street Art viewpoint, before returning to the house to rest ahead of the evening check-in window. The town is compact, so most of its sights can be reached on foot from the house.
