The rooms are dormitory-style, with single beds or bunk beds for one guest each, and every room has air conditioning. Room sizes run from 12 to 16 m².

Bathrooms are shared, with showers, and each room comes with linens, towels, toiletries and a locker. The front desk is open 24 hours a day.

The beach is 320 m from the property, and the ferry terminal is 300 m away, so boat arrivals and departures are close by. Haad Rin Nok, the main beach of the village, is the setting for the Full Moon Party, and the Haad Rin Viewpoint is 600 m away. Luang Pu Thuat Shrine is nearby, and the village of Ban Haad Rin is next door. Haad Yuan beach, 2.1 km from the property, offers another stretch of sand.

A good day out combines the Haad Rin Viewpoint with a swim at Haad Yuan beach, and leaves time for Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach, a well-known beach 10.4 km away on another part of the island. Because the island is reached by boat, plan your return crossing around the ferry times before setting out for the day.
