A good day out is a boat trip from the coast to the Tarutao islands, which are reached by sea rather than by road. Closer to the hotel, the villages of Ban Kuan Kae at 3.4 km and Ban Tang Yang at 3.7 km are good for a drive through the countryside, and Ban Klong Nam Khem is 7.1 km away.
