The whole property is let as one private villa of 165 m², with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a separate living room and mountain views. It sleeps up to seven guests, and a choice of bed set-ups is available.

Ao Nang is a beach town on the Andaman coast of Krabi province, built around a wide bay where longtail boats line up on the sand. The beach road is lively in the evenings, but the villa's mountain view and garden make it a calmer base than the seafront. Ao Nang has grown into a resort town over the years.

Ao Nang Beach is 3.6 km away, and from the bay longtail boats run to the limestone peninsula of Railay, 4.6 km away, which has no road access. Phra Nang Cave, a beach among limestone cliffs on the Railay peninsula, lies 5.6 km away. Poda and Tup islands are popular for boat trips, and the hillside Tiger Cave Temple, 11.7 km away, is reached by a long staircase.

Krabi International Airport is 15.8 km away, and an airport transfer is offered. Krabi Town, the provincial capital, is the main town of the wider area.
