Each villa at Mouana Breeze Mai Khao Pool Villas overlooks the pool and has a bathtub. Bedrooms run from three to five across the villas, with four to six bathrooms, and capacity for between eight and twelve guests.

The villas can have a separate living room, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a balcony or terrace, and a private pool. Bathrooms have a roll-in shower, bathrobes and a hair dryer, and villas can also have air conditioning, a washing machine and a separate dining area. Phuket International Airport is 2 km away, which keeps arrivals and departures simple. Maikhao Beach is 1.2 km from the villas, and Nai Yang Beach, at 4.4 km, lies further along the coast. Further afield, the Tha Chat Chai mangrove forest trail offers a walk through a different side of the island's landscape, and the Ni Yang Night Market is an option for an evening out.

For a longer outing, Big Buddha Phuket is 33.5 km away and is one of the island's best-known landmarks, while Patong Beach, 24.6 km away, offers the lively resort side of Phuket for evenings out. Guests staying several nights can split their time between the beaches, the night market and the villa's own pool, with the main sights within a short day trip.
