Moon Cottage

The rooms at Moon Cottage include cottages, suites and a Superior Villa With Kitchenette, and each one sleeps up to four guests. Some of the cottages and suites have garden views and a whirlpool bathtub. The Standard Suite and the Deluxe Suite have a private entrance.

Rooms can have individual air conditioning, a seating area, a sofa, an in-room safe and a desk, and ground-floor rooms are available. Some rooms have blackout curtains and a fan, and rooms can also have a balcony or terrace. Pets are allowed in rooms, and bathrooms can include a walk-in shower and a whirlpool bathtub.

It is an area for travellers who want a beach stay with the island's temples and waterfalls reachable by road. Central Festival Samui, a large shopping centre, is 4.6 km away.

Wat Plai Laem, a temple with a large Guanyin statue beside a lake, is 1.9 km away, and the Big Buddha, a large seated statue on the hill above Bophut, is 2.7 km away. Na Muang Waterfall, in the island's interior, is 14.8 km away. The island's ring road links the beaches and temples, so exploring from the property is straightforward. Car hire, bicycle rental and a taxi service are offered for getting around the island.

A day could begin at Wat Plai Laem and the Big Buddha, then move to Choeng Mon Beach in the afternoon, with the shops and waterfront of Fisherman's Village in Bophut for the evening. Na Muang Waterfall makes a fuller day trip into the island's interior, and Samui Airport is also close enough to fit into the start or end of a trip.
