All the apartments at Modern Condo in Boutique Style Resort (CGB4) have air conditioning and a full kitchen. Each apartment measures 35 m² and sleeps up to two guests, with a king bed in every unit.

Patong Beach, the island's best-known beach and nightlife area, is 5.1 km away, and it is where the island's busiest evenings are concentrated. Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), Phuket's most revered temple, is 12.8 km away and is one of the island's most important religious sites. The Big Buddha statue on its hilltop is 14.1 km from the complex and gives views over the island.

A full day could take in a swim at Kamala beach, the temple at Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, then a return to the complex for the evening. Phuket is joined to the mainland by a bridge, so the drives between Kamala, the temple and the Big Buddha are all made by road, and the complex has free parking for guests who drive.
