Moca Hotel

The rooms at Moca Hotel measure 25 to 30 m² and all have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, a telephone, a shower with toiletries and a hair dryer, and free Wi-Fi.

Beds vary by room: a king bed in the standard double and the deluxe double, two single beds in the twin room, and a deluxe family room that sleeps up to three guests. The deluxe double has blackout curtains.

The hotel has express check-in and check-out, luggage storage, currency exchange, a convenience store and a laundromat on site. Guests with heavy luggage can leave it in storage while they explore the city. A garden and a shared lounge/TV area give guests space to relax, and family rooms are offered. Moca Hotel sits in Donmuang, a district of Bangkok on Songprapha Road, close to Don Mueang International Airport. The area mixes residential streets, local markets and temples, and it is quieter than the central districts of the city. It works well for early flights and short stays near the airport, rather than for sightseeing in the old town, which is a longer journey away.

Wat Don Muang, a temple with a pagoda, is 350 m from the hotel, and Don Muang Railway Station is 600 m away. The Sethasiri Backyard garden is about 1.2 km off, and the Royal Thai Air Force Museum, which covers the history of the air force, is 2.5 km away. Don Mueang SRT Station is nearby too, and the Donmuang area has several temples and pagodas to explore on foot or by a short ride.

For a day out, the Chatuchak Weekend Market is 15 km away, one of the largest markets in Bangkok, and the Open Air Night Market is nearby in the evening. The Grand Palace and the riverside temples such as Wat Arun are much farther, so a day in the old town is best planned as a separate trip, while the temples and markets close to the hotel make a simpler day on their own.
