A good day starts with the Kwan-Riam Floating Market and continues across the city to the Chatuchak Weekend Market, about 19 km from the hotel and one of Bangkok's best-known markets. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun are about 26 km away, so the historic centre is best reserved for a separate day. Guests with limited time can use the hotel as a base for a single day out, then return in the evening.
