The rooms at MiddleWay House can have air conditioning, a desk, a seating area, an in-room safe, a refrigerator and a coffee or tea maker, together with a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries. Free bottled water is provided, and rooms can also have a balcony or terrace.

It is a neighbourhood of houses, golf courses and parks rather than a tourist centre, and it suits guests who want a base well away from the central districts. Several golf courses and parks lie within a few kilometres of the hotel, so the surroundings are green.

Bang Chan MRT station is 1.2 km away and links the area to the metro network, which is the usual way to reach the rest of the city. Wat Rat Satthatham, a pagoda 750 m from the hotel, is in the local neighbourhood, and Water World, a water park, lies a little further, in the surrounding area. Nopparat Rajathanee Hospital is also nearby for anyone who needs medical care.

Don Mueang International Airport is 14.5 km away and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 15.7 km away, so both are practical starting points for a trip. A good day could begin with a walk around the pagoda and Bueng Krathiam Park, then continue by metro into the city, where the Grand Palace and Wat Arun are the classic sights. The Chatuchak Weekend Market is one of the city's best-known markets and is worth a separate day.
