For onward travel, Satun Bus Station is 2.3 km away. A good day can combine a morning walk in Monkey Mt Forest Park, a visit to the museum and an evening at the Night Market. Boats to Koh Lipe leave from Pak Bara on the coast, so the islands are a separate journey from the town.
