The Sutthisan MRT station is 1.2 km from the hotel, and the metro line from there runs to the central districts, and the station is a practical way to reach the city's shopping and business areas without a car. Huai Khwang MRT Station is also nearby on the same line. Don Mueang International Airport, the nearer of Bangkok's two airports, is 14.5 km away. Near the hotel, the Afternoon Market and the Ganesha shrine at the Huai Khwang intersection are local landmarks worth a short visit.

A day could start at the Chatuchak Weekend Market, 4.1 km away, which is busiest at weekends and sells everything from clothing to plants and food, and continue with a visit to Jim Thompson House, a historic house museum built of teak. In the evening, you can head to the riverside, where the Grand Palace, 10.7 km from the hotel, and Wat Arun stand a short way apart.
