The streets nearby are lined with shops and food stalls, with the Our Lady of Lourdes Church and Santisuk Market both close by.

The Hat Yai Railway Station is 750 m from the hotel, and Hat Yai International Airport (HDY) is 11.6 km away, so rail and air travel are both practical ways to arrive. The Hat Yai Bus Station, also in the city, is 1.3 km away. The Guanyin pagoda and shrine are very close, and the city's markets and temples are a short drive or walk apart.

For an evening out, the Asean Night Bazaar is 1.4 km away, a night market with food stalls and local goods. The Magic Eye 3D Museum, with its 3D art displays, is also in the city, and Wat Hat Yai Nai, a Buddhist temple, is 2.2 km away. A good day could begin at the temple, continue to the museum and end at the night bazaar.
