Patong is the main beach town on Phuket island, a lively resort area built around a wide, sandy bay with a busy seafront. The hotel is about 900 m from Patong Beach, so the sand is a short walk away, and the streets nearby stay busy into the evening with street-food stalls and massage shops. Phuket International Airport is 23.3 km away, reached by road, and the town has a wide range of hotels, from small guesthouses to large resorts.

Bangla Road, 1.3 km away, is Patong's best-known street for nightlife, lined with bars and clubs. Phuket FantaSea, a cultural theme park with evening shows, is 6.5 km away, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the most revered temples on the island, is about 7 km away. The Big Buddha Phuket is a large seated statue on a hilltop above the island.

A full day could start with a walk along Patong Beach, continue with the temple at Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, and end with a Muay Thai bout at Patong Boxing Stadium, a short walk from the hotel. Kata Beach and Karon Beach are the next beaches along the coast, both reached by road, and the hotel is close enough to the beach for an evening stroll back from the sand.
