The home covers 172 m² across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with room for up to six guests. Air conditioning is part of the home, and so are a full kitchen, a TV, a hair dryer, toiletries and ironing facilities.

The sleeping arrangements come in a choice of set-ups. The home also has a closet, a coffee and tea maker and internet access, and the kitchen is stocked with cookware, oils and condiments.

Keyless access, a closet and an iron are also part of the home, and there is internet access too. Between the full kitchen and the refrigerator, the home has what you need to cook and store food during your visit.

Ban Phru Neo Smart Village is in the Hat Yai area of Songkhla province. Hat Yai is the largest city in the province and a commercial hub for southern Thailand. Around the village are smaller communities such as Ban Khlong Wa and Ban Rai, and golf courses and driving ranges are close by.

The sights are spread around the city, so a car is the simplest way to see them. Ban Phru Floating Market is 2.2 km from the property. The Asean Night Bazaar, a night market with food stalls and shopping, is 6.6 km away, and Wat Hat Yai Nai, a Buddhist temple, is 7.6 km away. Hat Yai International Airport lies 8.4 km away, and the Hat Yai Railway Station and the Hat Yai Bus Station are also in the area.

Hat Yai is known across the south for its markets and street food. A day could start at the Ban Phru Floating Market, continue with a visit to Wat Hat Yai Nai and the Magic Eye 3D Museum, and end at the Asean Night Bazaar in the evening. Hat Yai Municipal Park also makes a simple stop between visits, giving the day a break between the markets and the temple. The Magic Eye 3D Museum and the Thong Thai Ban Rai Golf Course can also be reached by car.
