The rooms at Maxim's Inn measure between 21 and 34 m² and sleep from two to five guests, so couples and small groups can both find a suitable room. Several rooms have a city view, several have a separate shower and bathtub, and several have air conditioning.

Groups and families can book the 30 m² Superior Family, which sleeps up to four guests, or one of the two rooms that sleep up to five: the 34 m² room and the 30 m² Family Room. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and the 22 m² Superior Double has a city view.

It is a district for travellers who want to stay close to the city's central shopping and transport, with street food stalls and massage shops along the nearby lanes.

Nana BTS station is 100 m away, and Asok station, an interchange with the MRT subway, is 700 m away, so the Skytrain covers most of the central sights. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre with cinemas and an aquarium, is 2.3 km away, and the Jim Thompson House, a teakwood museum built by the American silk entrepreneur, can be reached by Skytrain and taxi.

A good day out could start with the Chatuchak Weekend Market, 6.5 km away, which is held at weekends and fills its lanes with thousands of stalls. In the afternoon, The Grand Palace, 7 km away, is worth a visit for its royal buildings and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha inside the complex. Nearby lanes keep the area lively into the evening.
