MAXi MaMa House

The rooms at MAXi MaMa House range in size and layout, with sleeping capacities from two to nineteen guests, and the choice includes standard rooms, family rooms and apartments. Most of the rooms have a private bathroom, and several have air conditioning and flat-screen TVs.

The Victory Monument BTS station is 600 m away, and the Airport Rail Link Ratchaprarop Station is nearby, so the Skytrain and the airport train are the easiest way to get around. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 1.5 km away, while the Baiyoke Sky Tower, a tall observation tower, is only 250 m from the hotel. Jim Thompson House, a teak museum of Thai silk and art, is also nearby. The area is lively throughout the day, and the shops around the market are a good place to browse on foot during the day.

The old city temples are a longer trip: the Grand Palace is 5.5 km away and Wat Arun, the riverside temple with its tall spire, is 5.9 km away, so plan a full day for them. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest markets in the city, can be reached by public transport and is best visited at weekends.
