Rooms at Marwin Villa range from 20 m² Superior and Premier rooms to 25 m² Deluxe, Grand Deluxe and Grand Double rooms. Several rooms offer a choice of a king bed or two single beds, and the Deluxe Triple sleeps three guests in three single beds.

Rooms can include a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and blackout curtains, and some have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV or a city view. An extra bed depends on the room you choose and is available at an additional charge.

The streets nearby are lined with shops and tailors, and the rail link connects the area with other parts of the city.

Phaya Thai station, 500 m away, is a stop on the BTS Skytrain and on the Airport Rail Link, which runs to Suvarnabhumi Airport, so it is practical for reaching the rest of the city. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 650 m away and includes the Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World aquarium. Pratunam Market, 400 m away, is a busy street market for clothing and textiles. The Jim Thompson House Museum, the former home of the Thai silk entrepreneur, is 1 km away, and Suan Pakkad Palace, a Thai palace set among gardens, is also nearby.

A good day could start at the Grand Palace, 4.9 km away, the royal complex in Bangkok's old city, then continue to the Jim Thompson House Museum and finish at Siam Paragon and its aquarium.
